All new paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first charge. If you are not satisfied for any reason within this window, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled any time from your dashboard. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months outside the 7-day window.
Annual plans cancelled within 7 days receive a full refund. After 7 days, we assess requests case by case. If you cancel due to a material change in our Service (significant feature removal, price increase, or discontinuation), you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for remaining full months.
Email billing@writerpilots.com with your account email, charge date, and a brief reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most billing issues within 24 hours. Chargebacks cause unnecessary delays; we are always happy to sort things out directly.
If you downgrade mid-cycle, you retain higher-tier access until the period ends. No credit is provided for the price difference in the current period.
